If you are experiencing homelessness or are at risk for homelessness, you can apply for assistance using the forms below.
Homelessness Prevention
Financial Assistance for individuals or families at risk for homelessness.
Financial Assistance includes:

Rental assistance to prevent eviction

Relocation Assistance – Rental Security Deposit to Secure Stable, Permanent Housing
Qualifications:

Must be at-risk for homelessness: Rental Assistance – Eviction Notice, Relocation Assistance – Reside in unstable housing (Hotel/Motel, With Family/Friends, Imminent Eviction from Home)

Yearly Income cannot be over 30% of the area median income

Must have had a sudden loss of income

Must be a South Carolina Resident (Must have SCID or SCDL) & Reside in Spartanburg, Cherokee or Union County
**NOTE** - The Haven cannot assist financially with any government assisted housing units/programs.
